They rejuvenate, cleanse, and tonify the skin.  Herbal steams also impart a bewitching aroma, relaxing the mind and soothing the spirit. Recipe & Directions

  • 1/4 cups dried rose petals (organic)
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers (organic)
  • 2 tablespoons dried calendula petals (organic)
  • 3 tablespoons dried nettle leaf (organic)
  1. Choose a time where you aren’t disturbed by anyone. Create a sacred space by lighting candles and playing soothing music. Use this time to care for you.
  2. Start with a freshly washed face. Bring 2 cups of purified water to a boil. Add plants. Cover and simmer on stove for 2-3 minutes. Transfer pot to a heat proof surface.
  3. Remove lid and lean over pot and drape a large towel over your head, creating a tent. BREATHE in the floral steam. You may raise the towel a bit if the steam is too hot. Remain 5-8 minutes.
  4. Follow with your choice of toner and moisturizer.
