Maple Spring Gardens

For over three decades, Maple Spring Gardens has been a family-run farm that specializes in growing vegetables, small fruits, medicinal and culinary herbs, and bedding plants. Their farm is comprised of 80 acres of land, of which 20 acres are tillable and 50 are forested, providing for a diverse, and balanced farm ecosystem. Annually, they grow 5 acres of vegetables, fruits and medicinal and culinary herbs.
